We are members of the Washington State Bar Association and we focus our practice on estate planning, probate and trusts.

Walt has been practicing law for over 39 years and has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 1996. He has served on the Board of Governors for the Washington State Bar Association and is currently volunteering at the Bellevue Legal Clinic of the King County Bar Association and with the Eastside Legal Assistant Program's Multi-Language Clinic.

Jessica has been working in the fields of estate planning, trusts, and probate administration since 2009 when she joined Walt's office as a legal assistant while attending law school. She became an attorney in 2011 and a partner with the firm in 2013. She currently offers her services as a volunteer attorney for the Eastside Legal Assistance Program (ELAP).

Walt earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (magna cum laude) and his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University, Spokane, Washington.

  • Honors include the Eastside Legal Assistance Program’s 1996 Volunteer of the Year, WSBA’s President’s Award for 2002, KITH’s Volunteer of the Year for 2005, and 2009-2010 Kiwanian of the Year, and 2015 Greater Kirkland Chamber of Commerce Anne J. Owen Community Service Award.

Jessica was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Washington in November 2011 and is looking forward to a long and rewarding career providing quality legal services to the community.

She graduated from the University of Washington in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law, Society and Justice and Sociology. She earned her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 2011 with a focus in estate planning.

She is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Washington. She is a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust sections of the Washington State Bar Association and King County Bar Association. She is also a member of the American Bar Association Business Law section, and a member of the East King County Estate Planning Council. She offers her services as a volunteer attorney for the Eastside Legal Assistance Program.

Before she made the decision to attend law school she gained valuable knowledge and experience working as a legal assistant and paralegal at a small law firm in Kirkland, Washington. She handled cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, and third party Labor & Industries claims. She continued to work as a legal assistant throughout her law school education, and began working with the Law Offices of Walter R. Krueger in the fall of  2009 in that capacity. After passing the Bar and being admitted to practice in November 2011, she joined the firm as an associate attorney.
